my mini road-trip this weekend was good..ended up staying in Newark

which i pretty much swore off wen i left Berkeley

ganja and smog filled air...

the worst

ahhh good to be back in the country....

didn't go to rutgers until saturday for carribean day

b/c i stayed at my cousins babysitting late 

Tony Matterhorn?? AKA DUTTY WINE  guy performed there...

and a bunch of other Jamaicans and Trinis and Haitians that I could barely understand the name....or what they were saying bt it was good seeing my old friends from elementary school 

and I am proud of myself bc I excercised EXTREME will power in north jersey 

I'm a little scared to admit this 

but the Joyce Leslie in East Brunswick is POPPIN lolol 

I don't think people realize the severity of my impulse spending 

bt I literally had to sit down and basically pray for help not spending my money

on the cutest little dress I found there and it wasn't

 just the dress it was the fact that 

I couldnt get the dress and 

not get the hat 

and i couldnt get the hatt 

and not get the sunglasses

and i couldnt decide which sunglasses were cuter 

so i would of course have to get BOTH

{now you see what i mean??}

The Lordt knows his daughter though...He came through for me...

I couldnt leave empty handed lol but I didnt spend more than 20 dollars..HOLLA.

THE PARTY THAT NITE WAS WHACKKKKK

bt I am also proud of myself bc 

I got my arm yankeddddd

not pulled softly

not even tugged

YANKED 

by some lil short hype brotha

that wanted me to dance with him....

and i did not CUSS

i'm still just really thinkin

bt that right there...

validated WHY i don't even bother with parties anymore

too many disrespectful niggas

who can't just have a good time without actin 

out....

..and on top of that the dj was whackk 

i mean he played the Cha Cha Slide...

and that should only be reserved for barbeques, family reunions, and weddings

aww crud, i can't lie...i did get up and do it for like 30 seconds hahaha

and despite my hate for Northern New Jersey 

I still love Downtown Newark...

I mean they had me at the full set AND pedi for $25

where else u gon get that

i randomly got this done just bc it was only $10 

i kno it kinda makes my ear look a lot bigger

and i kno im late lol 

everybody had these in sixth grade nd stuhh

and im pretty sure my second and third holes are closed bc i havent worn earrings in them in like 2 years

bt ohhh well

 now i'm home..went to work and came back home bc sore throat ears poppin and telemarketing just dont mix...ima try and go back tonite though...i HAVE to put in WORK this week ...I NEED 80 HOURS ON MY PAYCHECK STAT!
